Adding a New Prospect

There are 2 ways to add a new prospect: you can use the quick add function or open the new prospect page.

Quick Add

You can access the Quick Add popup page from Commercial > New Prospect > +.

Prospect Quick Add

You can access the Quick Add popup page from Commercial > New Prospect.

SalutationHow the prospect should be addressed in automatic correspondence.
Job Title
Company NameOnly fill this in if the prospect does not belong to an existing customer.
Linked CustomerIf the prospect belongs to an existing customer, you can select the customer from the dropdown.
Customer ContactIf the prospect does belong to an existing customer and is connected with an existing contact, select the customer contact from the dropdown.
Industry
Default Currency
Prospect StatusSelect the current status of the prospect from the dropdown.Prospect statuses can be added or edited in Admin > Setting > Sales > Prospect Status.
OwnerThe prospect owner.It defaults to the person who created the prospect but can be changed later.
