Adding a New Prospect
There are 2 ways to add a new prospect: you can use the quick add function or open the new prospect page.
Quick Add
You can access the Quick Add popup page from Commercial > New Prospect > +.
Prospect Quick Add
You can access the Quick Add popup page from Commercial > New Prospect.

Salutation | How the prospect should be addressed in automatic correspondence. | |

Company Name | Only fill this in if the prospect does not belong to an existing customer. | |
Linked Customer | If the prospect belongs to an existing customer, you can select the customer from the dropdown. | |
Customer Contact | If the prospect does belong to an existing customer and is connected with an existing contact, select the customer contact from the dropdown. | |
Industry | ||
Default Currency | ||
Prospect Status | Select the current status of the prospect from the dropdown. | Prospect statuses can be added or edited in Admin > Setting > Sales > Prospect Status. |
Owner | The prospect owner. | It defaults to the person who created the prospect but can be changed later. |
