Configuring Default Labour Charge-Out Rates

Modified on Sat, 13 Jul, 2024 at 5:05 PM

The default process charge-out rates are used to calculate the suggested sales price of labour included in a proposal.

Suggested  Labour Sales Price

This is calculated by multiplying the estimated and contingency hours by the charge-out rate per hour.

E.g. Estimated (20) + Contingency (5) x Rate Per Hour (£50) = (20 + 5) x 50 = £1,250.

Integro allows you to enter an individual charge-out rate for each process type according to skill level.  If you enter a charge-out rate for an individual customer, it will override the charge-out rate entered here.

Process

A process is a name given to a specific type of labour within a project.  Processes can have default internal and external rates per hour.  The division of labour into different processes is the backbone of labour management within a project and the business.
