Overview
Integro allows you to create tasks in an Excel spreadsheet and then import those tasks into Integro. This method can be much quicker than manually creating a task via the user interface, especially if you are importing many tasks.
See the import specification below, which explains how to construct the spreadsheet. It is essential to close the spreadsheet before you import it. The data should be contained on the first sheet within the spreadsheet.
Import Steps
- Create an Excel Spreadsheet with the tasks to import (see below)
- Go to Projects -> Find Projects.
- Filter for the project to which you want to import the tasks.
Click on the Import Tasks button Select the import file - Upload the file.
- Click Merge Preview.
- If you are happy with the preview, click Save Merge to add the tasks to the project.
