Units in Stock

"Units in Stock" represents the total unissued items that have either been purchased or made internally.

This includes items purchased for a particular project and items purchased without a particular project in mind.

This figure will automatically update:

  1. When an item has been received by adding it to a Goods Received Note(GRN), the units in stock will increase.
  2. When an item has been made internally and its task marked as completed, the units in stock will increase.
  3. When parts are issued from a Parts Request or transferred to a project using the [Update from Stock] or [Transfer to Project] mechanism, the units in stock will be decreased.

Committed To Projects

Units that are in storage for a specific (active) project but not yet checked out via a [Parts Request]

Units Issued

The number of units that have been issued for active projects.

Units On Hand

The number of units available in stock but not yet committed to a project.

Currently On Order

The number of units from active projects on purchase orders that have been sent to the supplier but not yet received by the company.

Currently In Production

The number of units that have been sent to make but not yet made for an active project.

Units Outstanding

The total number of units outstanding on BOMs for this product.

For example, the total units required on all BOMs are minus units that have been ordered, sent to make, or transferred from stock.
